Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is in need of a Remote Senior Process Improvement Professional.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Integration, implementation, maintenance, training documentation, and education of the tool into the recruiting process
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts
  • Demonstrated experience with design, configuration, and/or implementation for recruitment technologies including ATS or CRM
  • Demonstrated experience with system integration and user testing
