Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Processor FAM.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the accurate input of information into the LOS and updating information throughout the process as necessary and required
- Confirming that all rates & fees input into the system are accurate & comply with the requirements of federal/state & Company guidelines
- Ensuring necessary verifications of income, employment and assets are obtained as/when needed
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a loan processor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems and in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
