Job Summary
An information technology services company is seeking a Remote Senior Procurement Analyst in Reston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participating in all phases of acquisition management, abiding by Federal and DoD contracting principles
- Communicating procedures and processes to management, co-workers, customers and stakeholders and providing guidance on pertinent changes to business functions and operations
- Preparing, tracking, monitoring and analyzing contract data and providing information to write a clear concise report, as required by the procurement directive (PD)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of direct Federal procurement experience in a GS-1102 (or similar) capacity
- Exceptional knowledge of DoD procurement policy
- Exceptional knowledge of all phases of acquisition management.
- Exceptional knowledge of Federal and DoD contracting principles
- Ability to plan and organize to systematically coordinate, track, and complete work flow in accordance with the unique procedures and guidelines of J4 Procurement management program (PMP)
