Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist in Omaha.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Purchasing goods and services from approved suppliers using the S2P process
- Assuring S2P data accuracy
- Managing the day to day relationship with, and tactical execution of, assigned suppliers
Position Requirements Include:
- Seasoned product and service knowledge
- Seasoned planning, negotiation, purchasing and project management skill
- Seasoned understanding of Corporate Purchasing philosophy and buying techniques
- Excellent human relations, oral and written communication
- Excellent analytical and research ability to include sound business knowledge
- Ability to function with minimal supervision, working under project pressures
