Job Summary
A technology development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Product and Privacy Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with interactions with regulators, law enforcement and litigation related matters
- Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and executing customer's and vendor's information security schedules
- Collaborating with business teams to incorporate compliance and privacy by design
Skills and Requirements Include:
- J.D. with membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- A minimum of 6-8 years product and privacy law experience
- Hands-on expertise and knowledge of global standards
- Experience operating independently and executing flawlessly on both the strategic and operational level
