Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Product Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with PMs, Engineers, and other cross functional stakeholders to define and design our core product experience
- Drive research to understand our customers' needs and pain points, to validate designs, and to use those insights to improve our product experience
- Contribute to our nascent design system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and communicate over the phone and with video chat software, such as Zoom
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, marketing, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain your process and design decisions to your cross-functional partners
- Ability to drive an end-to-end design process with little guidance or supervision
- 5-8 years of experience of product design at a tech company (make sure to include your online portfolio in your application)
