Job Summary
A privately-held software company is in need of a Remote Senior Product Designer.
Must be able to:
- Gain an understanding of user needs and goals, and work with your team to address them
- Work with product and engineering teams and stakeholders to launch features that harmonize user/business needs
- Design beautiful interfaces that create emotional connections with users
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience designing and shipping work in complex problem spaces such as Project Management, or Marketing Management
- An understanding of collaborative work management, and enterprise software solutions
- A passion and curiosity for your craft, and design that is demonstrated in your work
- A portfolio that shows your design processes, how you work with others
- A solid foundation in interaction and visual design
- An demonstrated ability to advocate for users, with clear rationale, and decision making
