Job Summary

An online financial lender marketplace is filling a position for a Remote Senior Product Designer.

Must be able to:

  • Help elevate the quality and impact of our product experiences across teams
  • Confidently own and drive both large strategic initiatives and smaller projects
  • Play a leadership role in driving design team led OKRs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product design or UI/UX design
  • Experience building 0-1 products that have gotten meaningful user adoption
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma and other relevant design tools
  • Highly creative and comfortable operating in ambiguous domains or early stage environments
  • Experience applying user research methodologies and product data/analytics to inform design decisions
