Job Summary
A company that provides innovative solutions for the life science areas of Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices has a current position open for a Remote Senior Product Development Engineer in Morrisville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engaging in leading key aspects of Product Development to include Risk Management and drug manufacturing
- Supporting clients with device design, product testing and hazard identification
- Covering a wide range of engineering, compliance and commercialization challenges related to complex combination products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering, or other technical discipline
- Continuing education or certificates in project management, six-sigma, statistics, engineering, quality, or regulatory affairs
- 5-7+ years of experience in development and/or manufacturing, in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
- Demonstrated level of medical device and biologic and/or drug experience is required
- Overall talent and ability to learn from experts is ultimately more important than current experience for long-term success
- Experience with pre-filled syringes, auto pen injectors, co-packaged kits, and/or other combination product platforms
