Job Summary
A fitness mobile application developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Product Legal Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Advising on a full range of global legal issues relating to the company’s exciting & innovative product range
- Managing our litigation portfolio as it relates to product matters including responsibility for personal injury litigation portfolio
- Overseeing all aspects of Product legal strategy and guide us through complex regulatory and business decisions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- JD/law degree and bar admission in at least one state or jurisdiction
- 12+ years relevant experience product counseling roles at a firm or in-house
- Extensive product liability and product litigation experience
- Comfortable with defining go-forward regulatory position for two-sided marketplace with numerous creative verticals
