Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services is seeking a Remote Senior Product Line Security Architect.
Must be able to:
- Provide leadership as key product line architect for security and other key aspects of our routing and switching products
- Participate in product definition and architecture, and support engineering teams in design, scoping, planning, implementation, and test
- Deliver detailed functional requirements and influence technical designs for packet switching software architectures and network management
Qualifications Include:
- 10+ Years of relevant experience in senior roles in software/systems engineering and/or technical product management
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science or a related discipline
- Product design and delivery experience with network equipment and management systems designed for Service Provider deployments
- Experience in documenting customer use cases and technical requirements
- Demonstrated full understanding of computer security fundamentals, including AAA, X.509/PKI, SSH, TLS, etc
- Deep knowledge of network and network equipment security mechanisms, including TACACS+/RADIUS, TPM, IPsec, MACsec, 802.1x, firewalls, ACLs, IPS, etc
