Must be able to:
- Drive product initiatives from inception through execution and measure outcomes
- Interact with all stakeholders including our users, customers, sales, designers, engineers, and more to propose, ship, and refine our products using data driven product methodologies
- Establish and build a shared product vision and strategy with all business stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-8 years of experience in a product management in an agile and or SAAS environment
- Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive cross-department alignment to the overall strategy
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Demonstrated deep understanding of product edge-cases and ability to deliver well thought out and constructed product strategies and roadmaps
- Demonstrated leadership track record and knack for conflict resolution
- Ability to spend time with our customers and end users to better understand their needs and pain points
