• Ensuring user compliance using as much automation as possible
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and system rules

• Salesforce Administrative skills with certifications (3+ years)
• Intermediate Excel and database skills
• A passion for creating the best possible user experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians
• Keen leadership and project management skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
