Job Summary
A company that develops a platform that helps employees make good financial decisions relating to healthcare is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Product Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive investments to bring the best aspects of eCommerce to the company's healthcare guidance experience
- Lead product vision, strategy and execution
- Lead with an agile framework and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and the overall business to set and manage priorities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Live and breathe eCommerce product management, with a high bar for consumer experience
- Highly literate in user experience testing and analytics, with a playbook for optimizing user journeys
- Have a strong interest in using technology to improve the healthcare experience for consumers
- Want a chance to shift organizational outcomes and are ready to inspire new ways of thinking about continuous product improvement
- Experience delivering on an outcome-focused roadmap in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
