Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive the development of initiatives that shape a high-volume hiring product
- Create focus and clarity for a product area/set of features
- Define and drive progress towards product KPIs and metrics through experimentation
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager at a product-led company
- Track record of thinking outside the box and shipping creative solutions to consumer problems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Thrive in a remote-first environment and know how to navigate the challenges of fully remote teams
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and more
