Job Summary
An insurance service is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire cross-functionally and can lead/influence teammates from various backgrounds
- Understand company strategy and translates it into product vision and roadmap
- Maintain and groom backlog with the cross-functional team for product improvements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience defining product strategy and roadmap to drive critical business outcomes
- Planning and coordinating software shipments and process changes
- Capable of building a strategic roadmap to achieve key results
- Conducting ngoing monitoring and maintenance of product and releases
- Prioritizing initiatives/features that will maximize KPIs and reduce risk
