Job Summary

An insurance service is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Motivate and inspire cross-functionally and can lead/influence teammates from various backgrounds
• Understand company strategy and translates it into product vision and roadmap
• Maintain and groom backlog with the cross-functional team for product improvements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience defining product strategy and roadmap to drive critical business outcomes
• Planning and coordinating software shipments and process changes
• Capable of building a strategic roadmap to achieve key results
• Conducting ngoing monitoring and maintenance of product and releases
• Prioritizing initiatives/features that will maximize KPIs and reduce risk
