Job Summary

A benefits management solutions provider is seeking a Remote Senior Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing research plans to help define customer need and value
• Understanding KPIs that need to be met, and providing measurable data to support recommended strategy
• Owning, defining, and communicating the roadmap for their product, and working with UX design teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science,Finance, and more
• 4+ Years Benefits Administration or related experience
• Solid business acumen to understand business problems and devise technical solutions
• Proven experience driving priorities, managing trade-offs, and solving complex problems
• Demonstrated success bringing new software products or services to market
