A Software-as-a-Service provider has an open position for a Remote Senior Product Marketing Manager in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a spokesperson at industry events and during interactions with industry analysts and media
- Developing product value propositions, positioning and messaging
- Driving primary research, segmentation analysis and 1:1 customer interviews
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 25%
- BS or BA degree
- Contact Center industry experience is required
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
