Job Summary
A cannabis access technology platform is filling a position for a Remote Senior Product Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality, and top-notch candidate experience
- Effectively interviewing candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact
- Acting as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience, with 2+ years of internal recruiting experience in high growth environments
- Experience focusing on product management and/or product design roles
- Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
