Job Summary

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Production Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding application behavior and perform analysis on log files to troubleshoot
  • Performing in depth, complex data analysis and data updates using SQL
  • Driving improvements through system fixes, automation and tools

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Programming experience (Java, JSP, html) required
  • Application/root cause analysis
  • Expert level SQL skillset in a relevant RDMBS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres, etc)
  • Experience in consumer directed healthcare and/or financial services industries
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
