Job Summary
A wedding company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Productivity Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leverage skills and experience to understand practices, tooling and infrastructure
- Help engineering teams with troubleshooting, scaling capacity, cost management and security
- Promote best practices for continuous integration, deployment, metrics and monitoring
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years engineering experience with 2 or more of those years working in infrastructure/DevOps focused roles
- Experience with deploying and managing web applications using Docker on cloud infrastructure
- Proficient with Linux systems including shell scripting
- Proficient with a modern programming language like Go, Javascript, Python, or Ruby
- Understanding of system and Internet networking
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
