A provider of customer engagement solutions has an open position for a Remote Senior Professional Services Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving profitability goals
- Helping forecast and achieve delivered revenue objectives
- Providing high quality and efficient delivery services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 10-40%
- 10+ years of combined industry experience in Call Center technology
- 3 years of Project Management experience
- Strong technical background in a Professional Services functions
- Bachelor’s Degree and Project Management Professional certification
- Good verbal and writing skills
