Job Summary
A commerce services company is seeking a Remote Senior Professional Services Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the schedule, scope, and budget of multiple concurrent projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, on scope and on budget
- Contributing to and developing new content and project artifacts and templates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience
- 8+ years of project management/software implementation experience
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or SAFe CSM) preferred or strong agile/scrum experience
- External customer facing Enterprise SaaS system implementation experience
- Proven ability to communicate with internal and external company leaders
- Ability to articulate project status, scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and escalations
