Remote Senior Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Senior Program Analyst will manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), analyze program data for insights, and coordinate with stakeholders to align CMDB processes with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the CMDB, ensuring accuracy and integrity of configuration item records
- Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB processes with organizational objectives
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise ITSM tools)
- Experience with data analysis, data quality management, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with federal IT program management and contracting processes
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
