Job Summary
A clinical research company is in need of a Remote Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison to hiring managers and candidates
- Craft and Implement program and quality oversight plans
- Monitor client-specific operational reports and metrics to ensure unit goals are met
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or RN
- 8 years experience Clinical Research experience
- 5+ years experience managing Functional Service Model
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment law, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced ability in evaluating candidate's skills
