Job Summary
A software development company offering a software-as-a-service platform for software developers is in need of a Remote Senior Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with ‘Go-To-Market’ to acquire new and maintain existing customers
- Establishing trust with nonprofit customers, supporting and advocating for them
- Collaborating with our Marketing teams to deliver communications to customers as well as capture and share success stories
Position Requirements Include:
- A background in technology system selection, for example: Cloud Infrastructure, (AWS, Azure etc), Content Management, Customer Management, Donor Management, Payment gateways
- Solid understanding of software development and familiarity with the following languages: React, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Ruby, C, Python
- A functional understanding of Salesforce, including reporting & dashboarding
- Experience in nonprofit technology and a network that you can tap into
- Customer-facing experience in a for-profit sales enterprise
- Pro bono program/hackathon management or participation
