A software development company specializing in cloud-based applications for finance and human resources is filling a position for a Remote Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage complex, multiple, enterprise wide programs
- Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact Project or Program
- Identify and escalate conflicts and be able to manage trade-offs in scope
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings
- Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience
- Comfortable with ambiguity
