Job Summary
A business education company is in need of a Remote Senior Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the highest-level priority projects at the company level, and working closely with department-level administrators in championing essential project tools and proper documentation
- Working across departments and teams to continuously improve company’s shared knowledge base, ensuring that information is consistent, complete, and relevant
- Coordinating and managing company-wide project deliverables in a timely manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 to 8+ years project management experience, preferably in in dynamic high-growth environments
- Experience with CRM systems
- High-level proficiency and experience with project management systems - including setting up automations and dashboards
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to asist and train other stakeholders in the proper use of project management tools
- Ability to develop and maintain project management SOPs to be used at all levels of the company
