Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Senior Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership and direction to project managers and project coordinators
- Leading the analysis and execution of medium to large projects
- Managing the execution of the PMO's portfolio of projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Extensive experience in leading large scale, complex programs/projects to achieve key business objectives
- Previous experience mentoring both experienced project managers and those new to the discipline
- Experience in the mortgage industry is required for this position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
- Experience with Agile practices and the Scrum framework required
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
