Job Summary
A product incubator and corporate skunkworks R&D lab is in need of a Remote Senior Project Manager in Miami.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with the Growth team on proposals and preparing scope documents for potential clients
- Managing at least one person in the PM team (i.e. Junior PM and/or QA Lead)
- Understanding client’s (and more importantly, their users’) needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably related to tech or management
- 5+ years hands-on experience in managing software development projects and working with clients
- Experience managing 1-2 team members
- Experience coordinating estimations and managing proposals for prospective clients
- Leads by example
- Motivates the team
