Job Summary

A real estate company has an open position for a Remote Senior Property Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain capital accounts
• Monitor and analyze department work

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience with intercompany balancing and settlement
• 5+ years of direct work experience in accounts payable (may be substituted for education degree)
• Experience in various software such as QuickBooks, Rent Manager, NetSuite, Tipalti and corporate ERP-like systems
