A healthcare information solutions company has an open position for a Remote Senior Proposal Coordinator Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting Proposal Manager with proposal development activities, team communications & document control
- Developing and updating plans, schedules, materials, and files; coordinates with other process specialists; helps with reviews
- Coordinating graphics, desktop publishing, proofreading, and production support for all assigned proposals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Three or more years of experience working on proposals for U.S. Government contracts
- Expert skill level with MS Word
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD), US Government structure and agency acquisition procedures
