Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Senior Proposal Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization has the capacity to quickly identify and secure specialized candidates related to competitive bids and proposals for institutional donors
- Communicate a compelling recruiting message / employer brand, emphasizing the unique environment and opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, in which interviewed candidates rate the process as clear and professional, regardless of whether they get the job
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience including proposal recruitment; or Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience
- Experience recruiting for an International NGO
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
