- Contributing knowledge and expertise in federal procurement practices and disseminating knowledge
- Supporting the development of a winning proposition for proposal submissions
- Managing multiple concurrent proposal efforts, including providing quality control and reviewing financial submissions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 8 years professional experience leading business development activities for federal acquisitions
- Experience in execution of complete proposal/solicitation lifecycle
- Prior experience with formative social science research, marketing and outreach, and human capital
- Demonstration of strong verbal and written communications skills, including proposal writing
