- Oversee the proposal development lifecycle

Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related
- 8 or more years of related professional experience
- Proven business/technical writing background in a government services or B2B context
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with enterprise sales and workflow software
