Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Provider Data Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing analytical review of claims system to ensure payment accuracy
- Researching and resolving provider issues
- Managing and coordinating calls with providers for education and review of open claims issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years working experience within a managed care environment
- Claims processing experience, provider support or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
