Job Summary
A healthcare software and technology developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Provider Liaison.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with our design and product teams to develop support materials, including marketing collateral, help articles, and training videos
- Managing all inbound support requests coming into our various support channels
- Representing the voice of the customer to communicate user feedback to our product team

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ease picking up new technologies and explaining them to others
- Comfort presenting information to diverse groups, leading meetings, and providing training in person and on the phone
