Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Provider Relations Advocate in the Worcester Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping implement training and development of external providers
- Coaching, providing feedback and guiding others
- Assisting in end-to-end provider claims and help enhance call quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 50% Travel Required
- 5 years of health care/managed care experience
- 1 years experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- 3 years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
