An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Provider Relationship Manager.

- Managing all operational and strategic aspects of network and retail provider arrangements
- Providing strategic oversight and support of unique or new network types
- Escalating issues and providing recommendations to the appropriate business areas to drive solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or other related area or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in a healthcare environment or customer/client services
- Experience working directly with providers and staff on policies and procedures resolving complex issues
