Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Public Sector Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as an advisor for product and strategic decisions
- Lead customers through all phases of the implementation journey
- Analyzing and assessing complex processes and systems of customer's business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of prior relevant Customer Success experience
- Ability to create customer adoption benchmarks and forecasts
- Ability to develop a proposal/post-sale engagement plan
- Ability to advise customers on business process enhancements based on best practices
- Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness program
