Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Public Sector Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as an advisor for product and strategic decisions
  • Lead customers through all phases of the implementation journey
  • Analyzing and assessing complex processes and systems of customer's business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of prior relevant Customer Success experience
  • Ability to create customer adoption benchmarks and forecasts
  • Ability to develop a proposal/post-sale engagement plan
  • Ability to advise customers on business process enhancements based on best practices
  • Ability to lead stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness program
