Job Summary
A digital, non-partisan publishing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Publishing Backend Golang Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Own backend development with a focus on quality, well-architected, and scalable code
- Work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to deliver high quality, functional solutions
- Provide timely feedback and approval on all code reviews
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years experience writing and delivering reusable, elegant, and clean code in Golang or
- Equivalent backend technologies
- 5+ years experience developing and maintaining highly available and scalable backend systems
- 3+ years experience working with cloud-based providers
- Solid understanding of frontend development and delivery utilizing modern frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
