Job Summary

A business technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Python and FastAPI Backend Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working as part of a team
  • Owning different parts of the product, with a focus on backend and infrastructure

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience as a full stack / backend / devops engineer with a user centric focus
  • Proven excellent communicator (English written and spoken) and an independent builder
  • Proven software development skills and proficiency with languages and frameworks
  • Experience having built, managed and scaled backends from scratch to production deployments
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn our stack: Python/Fastapi, Ansible, Linux, Docker, Postgres, Celery, Github, Jenkins, ElasticSearch
  • Full stack experience, from DevOps to UI
