Job Summary

A healthy meal delivery service has a current position open for a Remote Senior Python Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Contributing as a key member of the Engineering team on various projects
  • Collaborating with members from other teams
  • Actively participating in code reviews and spec reviews

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of Software Engineering industry experience
  • High degree of competence writing backend applications or microservices in Python 3
  • Experience with the design and implementation of REST APIs
  • Experience and comfort building cloud-based components on AWS
  • Understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing
  • Experience in SQL schema design, queries, and implementing queries with SQLAlchemy
