Job Summary

A senior healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing and directing third party vendor providing QA analysts and managers
  • Providing ad hoc training and instruction to sales agents based on QA results
  • Running QA calibration sessions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of quality assurance, sales, customer service or business experience
  • Can concisely summarize data and insights, tell a story, and present recommendations
  • Comfortable analyzing data using Excel/Google Sheets to build reports, charts, graphs
  • Experience with quality assurance tech solutions
  • Proven experience in a sales environment leading QA programs
