An IT company that works primarily in the healthcare industry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain a Robust Quality Assurance Program
- Solidify and improve the current quality assurance program
- Maintain the policies and procedures that govern the process and educate the teams
Qualifications Include:
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare industry
- 5-7 years expert level experience in providing business process support for assigned products
- 5+ years of experience completing quality assurance testing for a healthcare software development company
- 2 + years of experience and a solid understanding of concepts and calculations related to CMS Risk Adjustment systems
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Working knowledge of SQL
