Job Summary

A software design and development company is in need of a Remote Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in Boston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform software testing to ensure the quality of client/server and web-based applications
  • Assist with reviewing and validating requirements, specifications and technical design documents as needed
  • Create thorough well-structured test cases and steps to test

Qualifications Include:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • A seasoned QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend testing
  • 2+ years of experience using test automation and test scripts
  • Accuracy creating test plans, test cases, user stories, etc.
  • Ability to identify areas of risk and ensure proper test coverage
  • Experience with SQL Queries
