A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Quality Measurement and Performance Analyst in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Oversee and implement new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
  • Ensure quality programs remain in accordance with national and state quality standards
  • Create reporting tools that monitor data-collection quality towards metric-driven outcomes

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to act as a lead analyst
  • Ability to develop, code, run, and/or prepare formatted reports to support critical Quality Program functions
  • Ability to operationalize HEDIS data sources for use in Supplemental HEDIS reporting
  • Ability to combine business and data analytic skills to support software development activities
