Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Senior Real Estate Business Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Optimizing pricing as we evolve our new listing products and react to market conditions
- Optimizing inventory including deeply understanding demand and how we release inventory to meet that demand
- Assessing the revenue impact of our pricing and inventory changes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of business analysis experience, with experience building decision-making and financial models
- Financial background with ability to translate business to financial impacts and back
- A highly analytical approach, with experience enabling rapid and high-quality decision making
- Ability to communicate clearly and expertly
- Advanced- to expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency
