A real estate and relocation services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Presenting designing and projecting plans to team for collaborative development
- Creating high-impact, real-world case studies and exercises
- Engaging the managers and leaders who can hold the learners accountable to achievement and results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with eLearning development applications such as Storyline, Articulate or Captivate
- Experience designing both digital and traditional classroom instruction
- A deep level of understanding of adult learning theory
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher)
- Proven track of designing and developing learning solutions that measurably improve performance
