Job Summary
A developer of an online real estate platform is in need of a Remote Senior Real Estate Platform and Infrastructure Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit engineering leaders and engineers to grow your team
- Define an overarching end-to-end system architecture, vision, and strategy to maximize the utility of enterprise data assets
- Grow and scale an organization that prioritizes engineering excellence, reliability, and predictable delivery
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years’ experience as an engineering leader with strong operational rigour
- Experience growing and building diverse and inclusive teams, working with partners, and collaborating across organizational boundaries
- Experience in building and leading a geographically distributed team
- Expertise in AWS cloud technologies
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, drive consensus, communicate well with both technical and non-technical co-workers, and resolve conflict
